In the "file open dialog box" select the file "ParaPort.inf" and click "OK":
Confirm the source directory for the driver files:

...and "Finish" a second time:
The "Add/Remove Hardware Wizard" will do its job and finish.
If the following dialog box appears, click on "OK" to continue. If it does not work ( may be an old version of ParaPort is already installed on the computer and the target file "ParaPort.sys" is locked ), click on "Skip File". Doing so, you must copy with the Windows Explorer manually the file "ParaPort.sys" from "c:\Program Files\ParaPort\driver" to the windows driver directory "c:\windows\system32\drivers" and may be you must reboot to get work it.
... by opening in system properties dialog box ( click in the "Windows Desktop" the right mouse button on "My Computer" icon to display the pop up menu -> "Properties" ) the Windows Device Manager ( click on "Device Manager" ). The following entry of ParaPort should be displayed:
